Sisterly Love?

"Give her back that toy- she was playing with it."

"Don't lay on her."

"Get your blanket off her face."

"Do NOT pick her up."

"Please don't feed her that."

"Don't put your feet in her face."

"Don't yell in her face."

Repeat these phrases 10-15 times in any order and that pretty much sums up my day. It's a good thing Violet is learning quickly- she's gonna need the extra defense. As of this morning she can pull herself up to a standing position while holding on to something. In no time she'll be able to run away from her sister's abuse/smothering love.

Not Looking Forward to the Teenage Years

Last night for Family Home Evening, with the Super Bowl on the mind, Kaylon gave a lesson about sportsmanship- about how to be a good winner and a good loser. So we were roll playing some situations and how we should and shouldn't act. Moira had been on a bit of a hyper jag for the past hour, and she was very excited to take her turn. So Kaylon pretended to have just lost a game to her, and we asked her how what she should say to daddy to be a good winner. In a sugary sweet voice through an equally sweet smile she said, "You go poop in your panties."

Life will never be dull with Moira around.
