But if my boys fight over something it gets taken away. I give them a chance to work it out and figure out how to share it and then the next thing is to take it away. I also stole a line from my friend, "You get what you get and you don't throw a fit". My boys know that whatever comes out of the dishwasher/cupboard first and gets set in front of them is what they get. And I'm a mean momma and if they ask for a specific cup/plate/fork they will NOT get it (unless it's their birthday and then all bets are off). Sometimes I feel bad but then I figure it's easier than dealing with the fighting. Sorry for the unsolicited advice.
